Privacy policy

DecorFala is an app for actors to learn their lines. It works entirely on your device, with no account, no ads and no tracking.

Without an account

Nothing leaves your device. Your scripts, your progress and your settings stay on it. The voices and the speech recognition run on the device itself.

With an account (sync)

The account is optional and only syncs your devices. It stores:

• on the identity server (auth.decorfala.com): username, name, email and password (or passkey). The email is used only for invitations and password recovery;
• on the sync server (sync.decorfala.com): your plays, characters, scenes, lines, notes, song lyrics and memorization progress.

Both servers are private, run by the app's maintainer, in Brazil. No third-party cloud holds your scripts. Each account's data is kept apart: no other user sees your scripts. Nothing is sold, shared or used for advertising or analytics.

Invite requests

When you request an invite at decorfala.com/convite, you give your email, name and, if you like, a message. We use them only to confirm the address, review the request and send the invitation. Emails are sent through the SMTP2GO delivery service. We keep:

• unconfirmed requests: up to 48 hours;
• declined or unreviewed requests: up to 30 days;
• approved requests: only the email and the date, for 90 days, to prevent duplicate requests.

Import reports

If you email us a script the app didn't import well, we use the file only to fix the importer and delete it afterwards. You decide what you send.

Deleting your account

In the app, under Account & sync → Delete account, you delete all synced data and the account itself. The data on your device stays there until you delete the app.

Your rights
